Fact of the Week

Fact of the Week: Who Was the First Female Actor? Margaret Hughes may have been the first professional actress in England. The occasion of her first performance was on 8 December 1660, in a production of Shakespeare's play Othello, when she played the role of Desdemona in a production by Thomas Killigrew's new King's Company at their Vere Street theatre. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaret_Hughes

Labor Day Weekend 2018 - August 31st - September 4th - Lava Hot Springs, Idaho

We headed to Lava Hot Springs, Idaho for Labor Day this year. When we visited back on Memorial Day, we decided to reserve the group spot. That is the way to GO! We bought the Ute edition of Corn Hole. (It broke the first day, what a piece of sh!t....
Ah, the first day before everyone got there. We decided to leave early so we didn't have to hit traffic. Best idea ever, everyone else left around 3ish and it was TERRIBLE!
Topher decided to climb one of the trees.

Finally, everyone arrived and they decided to run the river. This week we took Topher to the doctor and got him on some anti anxiety medicine. I do think it is working because he was able to get out and enjoy all of the activities that the other kids did. I am so happy!
Guy took this photo, hahaha!
We had quite the spot and were able to "stretch"

Topher even let Alison braid his hair! People started calling him Toph Malone (instead of Post Malone)

Good thing Topher is WAY more handsome!
Alison did Oakley's hair too!
Da Girls! (Kate, Me, Marie, Andrea, Lisa, and Cheryl)
Group Photo! Back row: Adam and Cheryl's daughter, Aubrey, and Guy. Next row: Me, Topher, Brady, Dave, Lisa, Tate, Brynley, Zane, Shane, Adam, Cheryl, and Marie. Next row: Terry, Andrea, Josh, Kate, Rob, Adam and Cheryl's daughter, Leah, and another of Adam and Cheryl's daughters (I didn't get their names!) Missing were Sophie, Alison, and Oakley.
We had a great time, but it was CROWDED! I would really like to visit again during a NOT HOLIDAY time.
