Grandpa Takes a Spill - July 2019

Grandpa took a HELL of a spill. Scared us all really bad!

After he got out of the hospital, he had to go to a physical therapy rehab center to get strong again

 This was his last day and on his way home.

He was starting to get some dementia, but unfortunately, this head injury made it worse. He is having a hard time saying the things that he wants to say. He knows us though, and if you give him enough time, he can tell you what he wants. It really affected his short term memory though, and he has trouble remembering things from the day before.  Poor Grandpa, we love you!!!

It was a great trip, but unfortunately, some of the adults got a stomach bug. EVERYONE cleared out by 9:30am Monday. I have NEVER seen that happen before! Happy Memorial Day! 

Ashley Get Diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma

At the end of June, we got the terrible news that Ashley has stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. While this news is not good, they gave her a good survival rate, 85%. We will put up the good fight!

We were missing Alex and Jordan. Peyton was there, but I guess I didn't get a picture of him. Jason's son Cameron wasn't there either, he's just a baby after all! Happy Birthday, Mom and Dad!
