Happy Thanksgiving! I tried my hand at gluten free pie crust.....Pumpkin....

 ....and lemon! I must say, they turned out great!

 Of course I watched A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving BY MYSELF! Maybe one day my grandkids will watch it with me.....

I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving. I know I did!

Tim and Ashley went to Copper Hills Valentines dance last weekend.

I hope they had a good time, but Tim said they both got sick from Olive Garden!

Partial Eclipse August 21st 2017!

Post from the past! Rachel decided to get a Solar Eclipse Viewing Party going!

The food was appropriately named.....

Of course, we needed funny decorations....

Can't have an eclipse party without Spock.....

The shadows were really cool, almost like there were two suns.



Its kind of hard to see. 

 

 My body had a shadow, and it was like my aura had a shadow too!

 It was an AWESOME experience. I can't wait until we have a FULL eclipse.



RIP Dad, We're Sure Going to Miss You!



We can't believe you are gone! Thanksgiving, you knew us, but by Christmas, you didn't. I'm sorry that cancer had begun to consume your body. We know that is the reason that your memory began to fail. We didn't relish the hard road you had ahead of you, but we would have been right by your side every step of the way. In the end, you chose to leave this life on your terms, quietly and without a lot of fuss. I know you weren't alone when you passed. I hope you are having a joyous reunion right now with your parents and your brothers. Make everything ready for when its our time. Until we meet again, farewell, dad!

Snow Swimming 2018

Paint Night!

The CCI gals went out together last spring and had a fun night downtown. We had drinks on Davis, then went to our activity, pain night! Here is the model...

 Here is stage two, make the tree.....so far so good.....

 Stage three...make the leaves. Don't know how it went here, but oh well.

I got Terry a new set of knives, a bamboo utensil holder with the utensils AND it is a Bluetooth speaker. Last, but not least, I got him a new pressure cooker. We are going to eat well!

I got 3 new sweaters, some new panties (OOO LA LA) and a new wedding ring.
