Fact of the Week: How long do astronauts stay in quarantine? Apollo 11, 12, and 14 Astronauts from these missions were quarantined for 21 days after returning from the moon, beginning when the lunar lander's hatch closed on July 21, 1969. The quarantine was a precaution in case the astronauts had been exposed to dangerous lunar microorganisms.

Phriday Phun Part III

So...fun filled day with my kids, fun filled night with the adults....driving home.....pull up to my house and what to my wondering eyes should appear but..................









A CAMPFIRE!!!!!!!!!!!! OH BOY, BRETT AND GINA ARE HAVING A CAMPFIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone had been there for quite some time so I had to catch up! My old man had gone to bed before I got there because he was waking up early to go to the Dunes and do some serious riding!
So boy did I catch up! Enough to start the self portraits!! Here are Gina and I!

Oh yeah! Great night! I crawled home at 3am and didn't MOVE the next day! What a Phun Phriday. In the future though, I suggest doing it WITHOUT the hangover.
