Fact of the Week: How long do astronauts stay in quarantine? Apollo 11, 12, and 14 Astronauts from these missions were quarantined for 21 days after returning from the moon, beginning when the lunar lander's hatch closed on July 21, 1969. The quarantine was a precaution in case the astronauts had been exposed to dangerous lunar microorganisms.

Saturday Celebration Blitz Part III

Before coloring our eggs, we ate this wonderful birthday dinner that Terry made. He is such a good cook, that is half the reason I look the way I do. The other reason is I like to eat! Anyway, after dinner we colored our eggs, then after that we sang to Alex and had ice cream and cake. My first born son is 19 already. Where did the time go????? :(

Presents! He got his favorite, peach rings and Snickers and his even more favorite, money!
We played Wii Sports and then watched New Moon (on BluRay baby!). It was a great night and I had a wonderful time. We had to hurry and get to bed so the Easter Bunny could come!
