Fact of the Week: How long do astronauts stay in quarantine? Apollo 11, 12, and 14 Astronauts from these missions were quarantined for 21 days after returning from the moon, beginning when the lunar lander's hatch closed on July 21, 1969. The quarantine was a precaution in case the astronauts had been exposed to dangerous lunar microorganisms.

Farewell Neil...Until We Meet Again..... (August 2019)

We got the call that all of us dread....a dear friend has passed away. Neil, you were WAY too young, stupid diabetes has stolen someone from us again.  He didn't quite make it to 47.  Here are some pics from the celebration of life

This was a letter Nick wrote in school for Father's Day for him.  
This was a picture from around 2000-2001 when Barb and Jim lived in Sugarhouse. It was probably New Year's Eve. I'll miss you buddy, I always thought we would see you soon, and now you are gone. RIP and go Steelers!
