Fact of the Week: How long do astronauts stay in quarantine? Apollo 11, 12, and 14 Astronauts from these missions were quarantined for 21 days after returning from the moon, beginning when the lunar lander's hatch closed on July 21, 1969. The quarantine was a precaution in case the astronauts had been exposed to dangerous lunar microorganisms.

Mother's Day 2013

Happy Mother's Day 2013!  Best gifts ever!  My Alex......(he was in town!)
My Brendon.....(brought me my favorite, Reese's peanut butter cups!)
My Tim.....(he made me this cute fabric bag!)
My Topher...(he made me the best card!)
My hunny....(Sofia and Pink with Margaritaville flip flops)
aaaaaaaaaaand some of my favorite ladies! (missing a picture of Kathy, booooo)
I had a great Mother's Day.  I am so grateful for my children :)
